I was fortunate enough to spend an amazing day in the highlands in the heart of scotch whisky distilleries for the wedding of Larissa & Fernando at Drummuir Castle.  Larissa was an absolutely stunning Brazilian bride and Fernando the dashing Spaniard.  One of the greatest parts about my job is meeting couples from other cultures.  In the last year I have had the pleasure of photographing a couple from each continent (except Antarctica).  Both Larissa and Fernado work in the scotch whisky industry in Brazil and have a sense of the Scottish culture.  It was a beautiful summer day with the sun setting after 10pm and light remained outside well past 11pm.  They wanted to include many of the Scottish traditions into their wedding including piper, a ceilidh led by the legendary Spud, ode to the haggis and traditional Scottish cuisine.  The bride and groom wanted an intimate family wedding and it made for some beautiful moments.  Fernando was accompanied by his two children who he shared many beautiful moments with on the day.  A truly international wedding with guests traveling from three continents who had not only an amazing day but an amazing week.  The wedding was absolutely gorgeous down to the last detail as it was looked after perfectly by Cheryl and Lucy of Premier Wedding Planners.
